Inn Policies and Procedures

Cancellations -

We require  48 hours notice prior to your scheduled arrival to cancel your reservation (3 days  for holiday weekends and special event weekends.)  Otherwise you will be charged one nights stay to the credit card on file.

Unlike large chain hotels and resorts, we do not overbook in anticipation of cancellations.  Your room is reserved for you alone, from the time you book your stay.  As such, cancellations on short notice make it extremely difficult to rebook vacancies. For this reason, once within the cancellation period, we are unfortunately simply not able to accommodate cancellations.

Arrival and Departure -

Check-in is from 3:00pm to 10:00pm.  As a small family operated inn, we do not have a 24 hour front desk.  Our office is open from 8:00am to 10:00pm.  If you will be arriving after 10:00pm, please call the office to make arrangements prior to 10:00pm.

Check-out is at 11:00am.  Your courtesy in this regard is much appreciated, so that our staff is able to prepare the room for incoming guests.

Smoking Policy -

For the continued comfort of all of our guests, all rooms are non-smoking.  Smoking is allowed outside away from open doors and windows.  Because of the potential damage to fabrics and furnishings, and the loss of income when we are unable to use a guestroom smelling of smoke, a minimum $250.00 cleaning fee is charged to the credit card on file  for those guests who choose to disregard our non-smoking policy in the guestrooms.

Pet Policy -

Due to our recent renovation and refurbishing we regret that we are unable to offer accommodations for pets.  Should a guest or associate disregard our pet policy, a minimum charge of $150.00 per night will be charged to the credit card on file.  In addition any damages caused by your pet will also be charged on the credit card on file.

Room Occupancy -

Our guestrooms have either a king bed or two queen beds.  King rooms are able to accommodate up to two adults and one small child.  Our Queen rooms are able to accommodate up to four adults (there is an additional $10 charge for each adult over double occupancy to a maximum of 4 adults per double queen room) or two adults and 2-3 children.  Please note that at this time we do not have any roll-away beds.

Pool & Spa -

The swimming pool and spa is open daily through the summer from 9:00am - 9:00pm.  Otherwise it is open Friday and Saturday from 9:00am - 9:00pm, or on request only.
